Inspirational Crochet Dream (I am a dork and dream of yarn)

Well, I am finally having dreams about knitting and crochet. Last night I had a long involved dream about visiting a couple yarn stores which were connected to each other, and then the dream turned into sitting at my dining room table crocheting away. In my dream the 7-Year-Old (who I think I used to call "Big Bubs" and then he became "Scarecrow") was ALSO crocheting, and he made a really cool eggplant and was embroidering a face on it with much concentration. I was so proud of him! (I really cannot imagine him doing that in real life for many reasons which I will not get into here.) In my dream I was trying to make another Creepy Crochet Creature but it turned into a cute Teddy Bear, and I thought "Teddy Bear? Why not!" Then I decided to try to make a mermaid... Then I woke up and realized that there is no pattern for a mermaid in that book (not creepy enough?) so if I were to make one it could be my OWN design, the first thing I do without a pattern! So now I am motivated to attempt it. Yay dreams!
